The Central Bureau of Statistics of Nabire Regency is again holding the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) for semester 1 of 2021. Sakernas is one of the oldest surveys in BPS that collects population information, especially in the field of manpower.

On the occasion of training for Sakernas 2021 officers and supervisors TC Nabire, Head of BPS Nabire Regency, Ouceu Satyadipura, S.ST., MAPS said that it is important that Sakernas data is not only seeing trends in work participation of the Nabireese population, but also capturing information on the extent to which the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic affects the sector. employment in Nabire District.

The Head of BPS Nabire continued that the first semester Sakernas activities will be held simultaneously throughout Indonesia from the fourth week of January to the end of February 2021. In addition, this Sakernas will also be held again in August for the 2nd semester period in order to produce employment figures up to district / city level.
