BPS Nabire Regency annually carries out the routine activities of the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas). Susenas is one of the BPS surveys that has been carried out in Indonesia for a long time.

Some of the indicators produced from Susenas include social and economic indicators such as poverty indicators, average length of schooling, information on women who have been married, immunization for toddlers, housing information, population expenditures and other indicators.

BPS Nabire Regency carried out Susenas by involving officers who would collect data in the Nabire Regency and Dogiyai Regency areas. Before officers carry out data collection, training and debriefing of officers must be carried out to equate concepts and learn how to conduct interviews and fill out documents correctly.
