Assist BPS in Improving Service Quality in SKD 2024

The data needs survey is a form of BPS service evaluation and is one of BPS's annual performance indicators which produces the Consumer Satisfaction Index and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).

In 2024, BPS will again collect 2024 SKD data from BPS data users who have accessed BPS data throughout 2024. The sample unit for this survey is more specifically non-BPS employee data users who will fill in the list of data/information that has been accessed during in 2024. Apart from filling in a list of data that has been accessed, survey respondents also filled in their satisfaction with the BPS services they received as well as an assessment of their satisfaction with the BPS service system both directly and online.

All respondents' personal data entered is kept confidential and is only used for the purposes of SKD 2024 analysis.
