INDICATION OF CONSTRUCTION INFLUENCES OF NABIRE REGENCY 2017

Construction Cost Index (IKK) in 2017 is a price index which illustrates the high cost of construction of a district / city compared to the reference city of Surabaya. The IKK data is obtained from the Special Construction Cost Price Survey building materials / construction, heavy equipment rental, and wages of construction services implemented in all districts / cities in Indonesia. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data for July 2016, October 2016, January 2017, and April 2017. The IKK calculation weighs chart using data Bill Of Quantity (BoQ) and data on the realization of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Regional (APBD). IKK 2017 is one of the main components used for the calculation of General Allocation Fund (DAU) of Fiscal Year 2018. To all parties who have participated in the issuance of IKK in 2017, was delivered thanks and appreciation as high as possible.
