This time we will get acquainted with one of the surveys at BPS, the name is SIPAREKRAF (Tourism Industry Profile Survey and Creative Economy) 2021. What survey is it?

SIPAREKRAF is there a survey that aims to obtain data, information regarding the profile of companies/businesses in the tourism industry and the creative economy in general. The information collected includes, among others, the form of legal entity/business entity, type of business ownership, special characteristics of the business, number of workers, labor services, as well as business income and expenses.

This survey was carried out from April to October 2021 with a total of 46 samples of businesses/companies in Nabire Regency. So far, the challenge in conducting this survey is that officers often find it difficult to meet with managers or business owners for various reasons, so repeated visits are needed to be able to meet business owners/managers/companies.
