Abstract

In December 2024, Nabire Regency year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation will be 1.86 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 110.85.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the index for expenditure groups such as: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 3.13 percent; clothing and footwear group at 0.16 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 1.00 percent; equipment, tools and routine household maintenance group of 0.69 percent; health group by 1.07 percent; recreation, sports and culture group at 3.06 percent; education group by 1.96 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group at 2.77 percent; personal care and other services group amounted to 1.38 percent. The expenditure groups that experienced a decline in the index were the transportation group and the communication information and financial services group each by 0.29 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate for Nabire Regency in December 2024 is 0.09 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate is 1.86 percent.
